OptiCits helps cities to face crises and day-to-day impacts in their services such as blackouts, accidents, traffic jams, floods, heat wave, mass meetings or waste disposal incidents thanks to HAZUR®, a solution to maintain city essential functions in the face of shocks. Created in collaboration with IQS-Universitat Ramón Llull, Barcelona City Council and other cities, HAZUR is used by smart city actors joining the RESILIENCE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
