Big Data for telecom cloud infrastructures supporting Smart Cities applications

We offer global solutions for planning, operating, and reconfiguring telecom cloud environments connecting a plethora of heterogeneous elements present in Smart Cities such as end user devices, sensors, datacenters, fog computing nodes, and metropolitan and core network nodes.

As a result of our recent research in heterogeneous telecom cloud systems and software defined environments (including SDN and NFV), applications and tools for holistic and in-operation system planning and reconfiguration, as well as advanced service provisioning and management are being developed and experimentally tested. In this regard, we fully meet with the requirements of the role of Big Data Infrastructure Provider (recently defined by ETSI) to provide Big Data analytics support such as data collection, data stream mining, data pre-processing, and machine learning techniques for forecasting and decision making.
