              Cap Tamarin will be a human-scale settlement con¬sciously designed to secure long-term sustainability and smart solutions in term of building, mobility, utilities (water management systems, waste management solutions, energy management system… ) and living (priority to pedestrian and cyclist mobility).
              Cap Tamarin will thus offer facilities for its inhabitants to work, live and play.

              Key Figures:
              • 1200 mixed use housing units
              • 4000 inhabitants
              • 150 businesses and services units

              Trimetys Group already has set up a number of business entities in the Cap Tamarin project. These include a state of the art sport club, a Commercial Centre, and a primary school
