AWESOME System - Autonomous Smart Minibus System

We are currently working on the Awesome System. The AWESOME system is a sustainable mobility solution for an urbanizing world. This smart minibus system provides a safe, scalable, reliable operational solution.

Innovative aspects:
- demand-driven transportation.
- autonomous vehicle.
- electromobility.
- comprehensive customer service.

We defined three scenarios as a basis for possible cooperation.

- End of line service: the system will provide on demand service for the local area where no offering is available.
- Network densification: the system will provide an increased level of service and accessibility to the transport network. The system will provide door to station or door to door service and increase attractiveness of the overall network.
- Replacement of conventional bus lines: the system will replace conventional existing bus lines to provide a higher service level at lower operational costs while being safer.

=> We are looking into funding pilots addressing those use cases to demonstrate the benefits of the system.

Target partners sought:

- municipalities.
- public transport operators.
- insurers.
- fleet operators.
- licence partners to use this successful model in other countries.
- investors to finance the market penetration.
